Lobos brings brand, marketing, CX and design together into one clear framework, so your customers and teams always understand what comes next.

( PROBLEM )
You keep spinning up landing pages, playbooks and pitch decks for each initiative, but there’s no central system. Everything feels custom, and nothing feels cohesive.
Design Systems
( PROBLEM )
You’ve invested in brand and marketing, but teams still aren’t aligned on how to talk about what you do across the site, sales and product.
Narrative Alignment
( PROBLEM )
You’re scaling campaigns and content, but it’s hard to see how everything ladders up to a clear offer architecture and revenue story
Offer Architecture
( PROBLEM )
Every team has its own deck, one‑pager and Canva kit, so your brand shows up slightly differently in every market and meeting.
Brand Systems
( PROBLEM )
Sales, CS and marketing all tweak the story for their needs, so leadership sees three versions of the brand instead of one aligned narrative.
Message Governance
( PROBLEM )
Website, lifecycle emails and onboarding were each built during different growth spurts, and now customers hit gaps, repeats or mixed messages
Customer Flow Design
( PROBLEM )
Your product has matured faster than your messaging, so new markets and partners struggle to quickly grasp where you fit and why you’re different.
Positioning Reset
( PROBLEM )
You have a solid visual identity in Figma, but day‑to‑day comms are happening in Canva, HubSpot and Google Slides with no shared system.

Quote
As a fast-paced business owner with numerous ideas and strong operational skills, I needed someone to help harness my drive and ideas. Josh has partnered with me to properly plan and build strategies for effective implementation, taking the time to understand the current state of my business and the essential building blocks, from the tech stack, to my brand and customer journey. Not only have we been working through the new strategic planning process he helped me create, but we are also thriving and deepening our brand recognition in our industry and the wider world.

Engaging Josh into our company helped us pivot from a dream to a reality. Best put, Josh is the love child of Picasso and Steve Jobs. He brings an artist’s eye for form, story, and emotion, paired with a sharp strategic mind that understands purpose, audience, and impact. Josh does not just create beautiful work. He asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and translates big, often messy ideas into clear, compelling outcomes. Working with him feels both inspiring and grounding. Creative vision was always matched with direction, intent, and results.

FAQ

You have questions

We have answers
Can you help us roll out the plan in tools we use like HubSpot, Webflow and Canva?

Yes, implementation is part of the job. Though some clients often leverage some of their time in populating websites etc, to maintain a hold of their data, and to save on budget. We're open to all solutions as long as the quality of the end result is not compromised. We align your brand and customer flows with the tools you already use, then create templates, modules and automations so the system is baked into your stack, not just a PDF on the server.

What does working with Lobos cost?

While we're all about the power of a template, we rarely will give you a fully templated solution to what is usually a complex business problem you're trying to solve. Project fees depend on scope, but most medium-business and scale-up engagements are structured as fixed-price projects with clearly defined phases. Once we understand your team size, channels and priorities, we’ll recommend a right-sized roadmap instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all package.

What are the main services Lobos offers?

Our work is organised into four pillars: Offer Architecture, Message & Visual Systems, Customer Flow Design, and Templates, Training & Enablement. These four pillars allow us to move between strategy, brand, marketing, customer experience and design fluidly, but having a clear understanding on what each pillar is meant to achieve. Together they cover how you talk about what you do, how it shows up visually, how customers move through your journeys, and how your team keeps everything on track.

What business problems does Lobos actually solve?

Most clients come with similar issues: mixed messages across teams, duplicated or off-brand assets, leaky customer journeys and a brand that hasn’t kept up with the business. It's usually a combination of the above, which feels a little tangled and complicated for their teams to try to wrangle on their own. We help you align offers, messaging, visuals and key flows so customers get one coherent experience instead of a patchwork of one-offs, giving your teams clear direction on what to say when, and how the brand should present itself in different channels. Ultimately, it's really about what will provide the clearest message for your customer.

What size of businesses are Lobos service best for?

Lobos has worked for medium businesses and scaleups with a working product, growing teams, and existing marketing activity but messy, inconsistent communication. If you have multiple offers, markets or channels and feel the story is fraying as you grow, you’re in the right place. That being said, we have experience with startups needing to tell their story and often consult with large multinationals who need senior creative thinking.

How is this different from a typical branding or design project?

Traditional branding often stops at a new logo, website and guidelines; execution then drifts as the clients teams do their own thing. Lobos builds working systems including offer architecture, message and visual systems, flow design and templates, so your team can actually keep things clear and consistent day-to-day. Often we are kept on to help roll out further strategic goals and work with teams to increase their skills, knowledge and capabilities.

Does Lobos work with existing brands or just startups?

We work with both. In fact most of our clientele have established a position in the market and are trying to upgrade their capabiilities. Many engagements start by diagnosing and tightening the existing brand rather than replacing it. If a rebrand is needed, we evolve the visual identity and messaging with clear links to what you already have, so customers don’t feel whiplash with a new brand they feel unfamiliar with. It allows the client to spread budget over time and pick off smaller chunks rather than all in one go.

How does Lobos work with our internal marketing and design teams?

We treat in-house teams as partners. They’re involved in discovery, framework design and prioritising customer flows. We've worked with large teams in banks and small teams where the founder is wearing many hats. The goal is to hand them a strategy and a system (guidelines, components and templates) they can own and extend without needing us for every new asset, and give them the training and knowhow to execute.

What does a typical project timeline look like?

Most core clarity projects run 8–12 weeks, depending on scope and how many flows or channels are in play. Websites often go longer depending on complexity. We usually move through phases: audit and discovery, frameworks for offers, messaging and visuals, priority flow redesign, and enablement and handover, but aim to get jobs speedily without extra fluff.

What outcomes should we expect?

Clients usually see clearer positioning, higher conversion on key flows like website and onboarding, fewer repeated customer questions and a more consistent brand across channels. Internally, teams report faster approvals, less time rewriting decks and campaigns, and more confidence presenting the brand to customers, partners and investors.

How do you use AI in your work?

AI lets us do the thinking and making at a scale that used to need much bigger teams like faster research, sharper drafts and more options to test. We use tools like Perplexity, Google models, Figma, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Runway to explore directions quickly, then refine everything with human judgement.

What’s the benefit of your AI approach for our business?

We're nimble, and have a deep bag of knowledge that only gets amplified immeasurably with AI.

You get senior-level strategy, messaging and design plus the speed and breadth that modern AI tools unlock. That means more explored options, faster iteration and systems you can scale, without needing to hire a large in-house team or a big agency network.
