What are the main services Lobos offers?
Our work is organised into four pillars: Offer Architecture, Message & Visual Systems, Customer Flow Design, and Templates, Training & Enablement. These four pillars allow us to move between strategy, brand, marketing, customer experience and design fluidly, with a clear understanding of what each pillar is meant to achieve. Together they cover how you talk about what you do, how it shows up visually, how customers move through your journeys, and how your team keeps everything on track.
What business problems does Lobos actually solve?
Most clients come with similar issues: mixed messages across teams, duplicated or off-brand assets, leaky customer journeys and a brand that hasn't kept up with the business. We help you align offers, messaging, visuals and key flows so customers get one coherent experience instead of a patchwork of one-offs — giving your teams clear direction on what to say when, and how the brand should present itself in different channels.
What outcomes should we expect?
Clients usually see clearer positioning, higher conversion on key flows like website and onboarding, fewer repeated customer questions and a more consistent brand across channels. Internally, teams report faster approvals, less time rewriting decks and campaigns, and more confidence presenting the brand to customers, partners and investors.
What size of businesses are Lobos services best for?
Lobos has worked for medium businesses and scaleups with a working product, growing teams, and existing marketing activity but messy, inconsistent communication. If you have multiple offers, markets or channels and feel the story is fraying as you grow, you're in the right place. We also have experience with startups needing to tell their story, and often consult with large multinationals who need senior creative thinking.
Does Lobos work with existing brands or just startups?
We work with both. Most of our clientele have an established position in the market and are upgrading their capabilities. Many engagements start by diagnosing and tightening the existing brand rather than replacing it. If a rebrand is needed, we evolve the visual identity and messaging with clear links to what you already have, so customers don't feel whiplash — and you can spread budget over time rather than going all-in at once.
How does Lobos work with our internal marketing and design teams?
We treat in-house teams as partners. They're involved in discovery, framework design and prioritising customer flows. We've worked with large teams in banks and small teams where the founder wears many hats. The goal is to hand them a strategy and a system — guidelines, components and templates — they can own and extend without needing us for every new asset, plus the training and know-how to execute.
What does working with Lobos cost?
While we're all about the power of a template, we rarely give you a fully templated solution to what's usually a complex business problem. Project fees depend on scope, but most medium-business and scale-up engagements are structured as fixed-price projects with clearly defined phases. Once we understand your team size, channels and priorities, we'll recommend a right-sized roadmap instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all package.
What does a typical project timeline look like?
Most core clarity projects run 8–12 weeks, depending on scope and how many flows or channels are in play. Websites often go longer depending on complexity. We usually move through phases — audit and discovery, frameworks for offers, messaging and visuals, priority flow redesign, and enablement and handover — but aim to get jobs done speedily without extra fluff.
Can you help us roll out the plan in tools we use like HubSpot, Webflow and Canva?
Yes, implementation is part of the job. Some clients leverage their own time populating websites and assets to hold their data and save on budget — we're open to all solutions as long as the quality of the end result isn't compromised. We align your brand and customer flows with the tools you already use, then create templates, modules and automations so the system is baked into your stack, not just a PDF on the server.
How is this different from a typical branding or design project?
Traditional branding often stops at a new logo, website and guidelines; execution then drifts as teams do their own thing. Lobos builds working systems — offer architecture, message and visual systems, flow design and templates — so your team can actually keep things clear and consistent day-to-day. Often we're kept on to help roll out further strategic goals and grow the team's skills and capabilities.
How do you use AI in your work?
AI lets us do the thinking and making at a scale that used to need much bigger teams — faster research, sharper drafts and more options to test. We use tools like Perplexity, Google models, Figma, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Runway to explore directions quickly, then refine everything with human judgement.
What's the benefit of your AI approach for our business?
We're nimble, with a deep bag of knowledge that gets amplified immeasurably with AI. You get senior-level strategy, messaging and design plus the speed and breadth modern AI tools unlock — more explored options, faster iteration and systems you can scale, without hiring a large in-house team or a big agency network.
